Privacy Policy

We're finalizing the full Privacy Policy ahead of public launch. Here's a plain-English summary of how MakeAPoint handles your data today.

What we collect

• Your email address and name, used to sign you in and contact you.
• The transcripts and context you submit for analysis, plus the feedback returned by the model.
• Basic technical information (IP, browser, request timestamps) for security and rate-limiting.

Who else sees it

• Anthropic— your transcript is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the feedback. Anthropic's data-handling policies apply.
• Supabase — your account and session history are stored in a managed Supabase database.
• Vercel — the application is hosted on Vercel. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count anonymous page visits (top pages, referrers, country). No cookies, no fingerprinting, no personal data.
• Deepgram — voice recordings on /speak are sent to Deepgram for transcription. Audio is processed for transcription only and not retained for training.

We don't sell your data, run ads, or share your transcripts with anyone outside the providers above.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time. Email support@makeapoint.ai and we'll process the request within 30 days.

The full Privacy Policy — covering retention windows, the legal basis under GDPR, and our subprocessor list — will be published here before general availability.
